🐾 Return & Refund Policy — Masion De Paw

At Masion De Paw, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our brand curates premium, limited, and specialty pet products, our return and refund policies are tailored per item and may vary depending on supplier, product type, and condition.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

  • Return and refund eligibility is determined on a per-item basis and will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • Some items are non-returnable or non-refundable, and this will be indicated before checkout.

  • If your item is marked as returnable, you must contact us within the time frame listed on that product's page.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition unless the return is due to a defect or order error.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Opened items or items showing signs of use

  • Perishables or consumables (e.g. pet treats, food)

  • Gift cards or promotional products


🚚 Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, email us at management@masiondepaws.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • A brief reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Do not ship any item before receiving our return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. If the item qualifies, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for return directly to our shipping partner.


💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping, customs, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns from customers with a pattern of excessive or abusive returns

  • Withhold full or partial refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or misrepresentation
